Art Fair

Summer in Chicago is always fun, with so much to do, so here's one more thing to add to your list: the Glenwood Arts Fest, August 25 and 26, 2007. Located in Rogers Park, Glenwood Arts Fest is a free, weekend-long event that features local artisans, open studios and live entertainment on three outdoor stages. My art buds and I will be sharing a booth so come check us out. I'll have new stuff (jewelry, new cards and who knows what else my OCD inspires me to create at 3 A.M.). Hope to see you there!

Where: The Glenwood Avenue Arts Fest takes place on Chicago’s North Side, in the heart of Rogers Park, on Glenwood Ave., 6900 – 7000 North (between Farwell and Lunt) and the 1400 block of Morse Avenue, steps from the Morse Ave stop on the CTA Red Line. Outdoor fest and many art studios are handicapped accessible.

When: Friday, August 24, 2007, 6-10 p.m., kick-off in the 6900 block of N. Glenwood Ave.Saturday and Sunday, August 25-26, 2007, noon to 8 p.m. – festival (details below), 6900-7000 N. Glenwood Ave. and the 1400 block of Morse Ave.
